UK-Service.com are process servers and legal agents based in London and working for law firms and corporations from around the world.

Process serving
We undertake the service of all forms of legal process using our own staff in the London, the South-East and Manchester areas or associates in other areas of the country using the service criteria for your state or territory.
Rush service is also available when time is critical and papers have to be served by a deadline.

Document Legalization
If you need to use official UK documents in your country or state for business or legal reasons these would normally need to be legalized. These documents would include court documents, certificates of incorporation, affidavits, statements, wills and birth, death and marriage certificates.

Tracing
If you don't have a full address for service we can also locate litgants in your case. Our corporate level membership of tracing databases not available to the public together with years of experience in investigation allow us to normally trace respondents in the UK within 48 hours.

Divorce decree search
If your client believes they may have been divorced in England or Wales our clerks can attend at the High Court of Justice and search the central index of all decrees absolute. If the result is negative the court will issue a letter at that point confirming this or if positive the court will give the name of the court where the decree was issued with a case reference number. This information can then be used by us to obtain a copy of the decree if needed.
